• Once you tell us what type of work you need done, we will contact appropriate Member Contractors in your neighborhood to save you the hassle of searching for qualified and available contractors for your project

• Our Member Contractors perform work in a wide range of residential and commercial construction work and are all properly licensed and insured

• ONLY up to four interested Member Contractors will contact you to discuss the work you need done and provide you with estimates.

• Speak to our Member Contractors and receive their estimates, you are under no obligation to choose one of them for your home improvement project

• We encourage you to take the time to find a good fit for your project: Consider your choice of contractor very carefully before you make a hire

• Your personal information will only be shared with up to four Member Contractors.

• We will not sell or share your contact information with any other parties.

• Your personal information will be stored on secure servers for a period of 60 days and will then be deleted from our system.

• We may send you up to five e-mails as part of the process of finding the right contractor for your project, but will not send you any promotional e-mails of any kind

• Our Member Contractors are professional service providers with minimum three years experience as contractors

• All our Member Contractors are properly licensed and insured

• Before one of our Member Contractors contacts you, we will e-mail you the contractor's Profile Page which contains a brief description about the contractor as well as independent testimonials and reviews from previous clients. This way you can find out what homeowners just like you had to say about a particular contractor

• If one of our Member Contractors works on your project you will be sent an e-mail asking you to rate the contractor and send us a review of their work and we will add your review to the contractors profile

• Our service is absolutely free to homeowners and is funded through our network of Member Contractors

• The fees we charge our Member Contractors are not tied to whether or not they get your project so you will not be pushed towards hiring one of our Member Contractors at any time
